Tick, tock, tick, tock... Time is running out, but for what? Such a mysterious City, isn't it?
Greetings, one and all. I'm a new resident to this fair City. My name is Herr Drosselmeyer. I'm quite please to make the acquaintance ofthe characters all of you.
Now, pray tell...what are these 'curses'? Do they have something to do with the misery expressed all over this contraption called the 'network'?Marvelous! Simply marvelous! Although I do hope this City has more up its sleeve than simple hangovers...
((OOC: And Drosselmeyer is officially back! I'm leaving the old entries for reference, but he's completely restarted--hence the restarted count and new counting system.
I'm always up for plotting with Drosselmeyer, so drop me a line if you guys have any ideas~))

Attention class! It is now time for your final. Put all of your books away please, we can't have any cheating, now can we? Only a pen or pencil and some blank paper for the essay question!
As I told you all last week when I handed out the study guides, the test is in three parts. There will be 25 true or false questions about the books and authors we studied. Then, 25 multiple choice questions. And...the third part...the essay portion of the quiz. I'm assuming you all came prepared for that, hmmmm~? Remember, the question is "What book (regardless on whether or not it was covered in class) do you feel is a great example of literature, and why?" This shows how well you were paying attention to the important qualities of great literature that I told you about!
Are there any questions?
No, Lilie, a love triangle between your fellow students is not an example of great literature, although it is rather exciting.
Any OTHER questions?
...No, Autor, you may not be excused from the exam to search for clues of the recent werewolf attacks. ...I know people died, isn't it delightful? ...--Eh, I mean, tragic. Simply tragic. ....I don't think you'll have to worry Autor, you are obviously a great lover of literature, after all!
Unless there are anymore questions, I will now begin to hand out your tests. You may begin as soon as you recieve it. I trust that you all will do your best!
((OOC: ^^; Sorry that I didn't post as him yesterday!
Just so you guys know, Drosselmeyer is being unfair with the tests. Anyone that puts down "The Prince and the Raven" as a great example of literature will get an automatic A, unless they write the essay so horribly it insults the writer inside of Drosselmeyer. XD;; For students that haven't figured out how to stroke Drossy's ego, epics or tragedies will score much, much higher on the essay question than comedies/romances (that aren't tragic)/satires/etc. Anyone who puts down a Mark Twain book will probably get tons of points taken off. Don't worry, I personally love Mark Twain.
And I'm too lazy to make up the questions for the tests, so... :P))

Many tragedies abound in this City...but I am unable to write them.
I must find a way to write without my hands, and continue the tragedy...

You. The "scholar."
I didn't know that you had some tragedy in your story, as well. A good show...so uselessly confessing your heart. Love is quite often more painful than the sword, is it not?
And ah, my dear Knight...left all alone...it was quite bloody, wasn't it? Crows can be quick vicious when provoked by a Useless Knight...
((OOC: Quite enjoying himself today. All the tra-ge-dy~.))

You'd ignore your own daughter? Father! Are you that far gone?
Show me! Show me your tragedies!
How can you delight in other's tragedies so much when you ignore your own? FATHER. Tell me! Tell me WHY!

That story was even worse than the last one!
Hmph. I hope most of you didn't waste your time with that story.
This won't do...no...this won't do at all...
I do promise to have a much more interesting story in the future when I find more worthy characters. For now...I suppose I'll...just have to...get used to being in this City.
This hasn't been fun at all so far, no, not at all...
( Private, but hackable )
((OOC: As you can probably tell from the other PT character's journals...yup...subplot is over! ...I'm sure the other characters have already done this and I'm behind them all, but...let's say Drosselmeyer was busy...hiding from Fakir, or something.
This will all be backlogged eventually, but, to put it simply--Tutu and Fakir beat Drosselmeyer's story. Drosselmeyer and Fakir had a writing duel, and YET AGAIN, Fakir won. Drosselmeyer is SURE this can't be possible, so....he's pretty stunned. And Fakir's now probably out for his blood because he KNOWS Drosselmeyer was behind most of this.
Now that the novelty of the new City has worn off--and, of course, now that he's been defeated SEVERAL times by Fakir and Ahiru in the last few days--Drosselmeyer is going to be moody and homesick for a while. Feel free to poke fun at him, torture him, and the like.
He's still attracted to tragedy like...well...Uzura is to love-love-zura, however, so be ready to have him suddenly pop up whenever there's something interesting and melodramatic going on...
Iiii..think that's all I need to say. Yup. Great subplot, everyone!I miss evil!Fakir already...))

The set-backs recently have been a problem, but I do believe my story is finally starting to come together...I may even allow myself a break to go see those delightful dinosaurs at the zoo! One time I almost wrote a story about a dinosaur just so I could see one, but I couldn't figure out a way to work it into a plot...
Speaking of stories, there have been many interesting developments of late with two of my favorite characters..I wonder how things are going with them at this point in time? I might just drop in and take a look, heh heh.
Yes, I think I shall give myself a bit of fresh air...see the dinosaurs...look in on the Princess and her Knight, perhaps, on the way back...it'll be fun!
((OOC note for Fakir-mun and Ahiru-mun: I wanted to let you guys know something and I figured this would probably be the easiest way to get a hold of you both. I finished the first draft of the story. [Ahiru-mun, have you been briefed on that yet?] Would you guys mind if I e-mailed you it? Since it's more involved than the last one, I want you two to approve it before I finalize it.
Thanks guys!))

Slowly but surely, the former Knight is gathering the shards of the Princess’ heart. Perhaps the Knight is not so useless, after all?
But what’s this? A darkness is growing in his heart...his pride in his accomplishments is tainting all other emotions. Is the Knight, himself, a carrier of a shard?
Princess Tutu is starting to grow uneasy. Does she suspect? Does she sense how her Knight’s heart is slowly being poisoned with his pride?
And when she does, what will be the outcome?
Do tell me a story, Princess Tutu…
